At age 77 I feel much more stable on the wide steps and they do NOT get smaller as you go up. That's a huge ++. Side handles are a breeze to attach. There is a top handle also for more stability. Tool tray is very handy and top step locks ladder open. Easy snap to release and easy to close by pushing it . Wish it was a little lighter but will take the sturdiness over the weight anytime. 4 legs have flared rubber feet for extra stability BUT keep some Mr Clean pads handy because they make beautiful streaks on the painted walls when you forget about those feet. DUH! Easy to fold straight up and lean against wall in garage. Highly recommended.

This 2-step ladder is awesome! It has a quick release to both open and close the ladder while with my last one, you had to fight to get it to fold up. Wide steps are covered with anti-slip rubber coating which helps with the safety factor and when you do fold it back, it stands straight up so you can tuck it into a corner.

I have been looking for a sturdy, stable, and portable ladder and this is a great 4-step ladder that comes fully assembled. It is very easy to fold and unfold as one yellow button takes care of folding it back (see the video). It is not heavy and doesn't take much space. Pretty stable with wide steps and a great value for its price. I recommend it.

UPDATED REVIEW (see original below): I have now used this ladder numerous times and have felt steady, stable and safe every time. One knee and the opposite femur were badly damaged (mentioned below) and this ladder has really made a difference in terms of getting safely and steadily climbing. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Just received and assembled this ladder. PRO: Assembly was generally easy and quick. I tested the ladder up to the third step and it felt sturdy, and I found the handrails gave me confidence in climbing and allowed an almost stair-like angle to ascend the ladder. I like the dimensions of the steps, which make it much easier to navigate with my damaged knees. My vinyl floor can add slip to furniture, but this ladder's feet barely budged as I climbed. I'm confident that I will find this ladder more useful and safer than a standard ladder. Yes, it's heavier than a standard aluminum ladder, but I was able to carry it, and in spaces where I couldn't I "walked" it along on its legs. It's weight suggests that this ladder is sturdy and has good load bearing. CON: The insets on the instructions could have been a little larger (what to use to attach the tool ledge and ladder rails), but still not really difficult to follow.

This 4 step ladder is really stable, and much better than a step stool. 4 steps are just about perfect for most chores. My husband just had me order a 5 step for him, as he does a lot of outdoor chores, where the 5 step would be more suitable. Plus the 5 step has a tool platform.

I am impressed with this ladder/stepstool. It is well designed and sturdy. As a 65+ female, I decided I needed something more user-friendly as I age. The assembly was simple and took about 15 minutes. I did make one alteration by only attaching the right hand rail. I didn’t feel like I needed both but will save the other handle and screws and attach it at a later time if I feel like I need it. One handrail is enough to make me feel secure going up and down the ladder plus you have the top rail. The tool shelf/platform is sturdy and handy. I had no issues moving the ladder but an do agree that it’s “weighty”. If you want something sturdy and secure, I’d be skeptical if it didn’t have some heft to it. I’ve already used the ladder to change my porch lightbulbs which required me to climb and work from the 4th step. I felt secure with no issues even though it was a “fiddly” job having to remove the screwed on top cap of the lights. I would recommend this ladder to anyone looking for more security when they are climbing.

Really good., safe for your love ones even for old person. It’s sturdy, steps are wide, not metal that makes you slip or slide around. It’s made of some type of good plastic hard materials and got texture to grip your shoes or especially bare feet so you don’t slip or slide around for safety. don’t have to worry hitting your toes or shin against the metal. I recommend this brand if you care about safety and material. Got rubber on bottom of legs for non slip and steady. Got a good size foam on the bar handle for support when climbing up or down. Easy to fold andclose to being flat to put away. Thank you!

This ladder is so sturdy and easy to use. It's like climbing stairs. I came ready to use except for the hand rails and project shelf and they were a breeze to attach. Now I can change out my curtains by myself. BTW, I am a 78 year old woman.

This step ladder is very sturdy and well made. I would recommend and feel safe standing on it.

Der erste Eindruck ist TOP. Qualitativ gibt die Leite schon was her! Ob sie wirklich mit 360 kg belastbar ist möchte ich ich jetzt nicht garantieren, aber bis 150 kg sehe ich gar kein Problem. Sie steht wirklich sehr stabil ohne zu wackeln und die Materialien wirken sehr hochwertig!
