Lovely product to use
I'm not sure it really has any benefits for one's personal microbiome(!), but it's nonetheless a lovely product to wash with - a gentle, super cleansing rinse with a gorgeous scent.

Beautiful smell,longlasting and no irritation to skin only completely is it is very expensive

No better than cheaper probiotics, it works whilst you take it - but once you stop, ibs symptoms come back.

pro/prebiotics that actually work!
after almost a year of taking various probiotics in tablet form, these are the only things that have actually made a noticeable difference to my gut health after many issues. have ordered more, plus the 4 week package. cannot recommend enough.

No noticeable difference
This short course made my stomach feel bloated & uncomfortable. It caused a lot of gas. I was diagnosed with IBS after having my gallbladder removed and this brought no positive changes.
