Soft resin after 16hrs - pliably soft. "4hr demold" would appear to be a false claim
I don't understand the positive reviews here. This resin is, without a doubt, the worst resin I've used. I've been trying several brands of resin lately - at least 4, this brand would be the 5th. You may indeed be able to demold this resin in 4hrs for relatively small pieces (under 1oz volume). However, the resin will remain VERY pliable and soft for another 10-16hrs for anything above 1-2oz in volume. So, chances are you may not want to de-mold it in 4hrs. Better off waiting AT LEAST 10-12 hrs. (See photo.. and that's after 5hrs.) The first few items I poured and then demolded when pieces felt relatively solid through the mold, pieces ended up deformed because, although they felt solid, they were demolded too early (after roughly 6hrs.) I suppose that may depend upon the size of the pour. However, out of the 4 brands of resin I've tried thus far, this brand results in "soft" pieces far more easily. I've verified my mix (by measurement, not pump counts), even tried slightly adjusting the mix to no avail. Whatever is poured, one can assume at least 10hrs before demolding and at least 16hrs if you want to demold a non-pliable piece. A 4hr demold just means the resin will be more like stiff putty than glass and chances are ruined. So, if you are looking for a more pliable resin you can somewhat reshape after pouring and demolding 8hrs later... this may be a brand you want. Letting this resin cure for AT LEAST 20 hrs before demolding results in more stable pieces. And you need a minimum of 28 - 36hrs before the piece feels hard like it should. So the "quick cure" time maybe "exaggerated" to advertise a quick demold, but that's not really accurate if you want solid pieces upon demolding. Clarity is pretty bad. Any side of a pour against silicone comes out with a matte-like finish, not shiny at all.... so after 10-12 hrs.... demold.. wait another 10hrs and it may clear up. The dull appearance is because it still has not fully cured. I've not seen that behavior from any other brand of resin. Typically if I can demold there's no real variation in appearance due to where resin was touching a mold. The problem with this brand is demolding you'll have on gloves but you'll be touching the piece as you demold in most cases.. and the resin will still be somewhat pliable, it's all too easy to leave indents or impressions in the still relatively soft resin as its handled. Best advice is pour and then wait a minimum of 24hrs before touching anything. The jugs don't leak, pumps work, no relative smell overall (no more or less than other brands I've used), and once cured (24+hrs) the pieces hold well. In terms of bubbles.. this resin tends to cause clusters of very minute bubbles around the edges and in the center of a surfaces. You can typically catch the center clusters and address them, be aware they may reappear. These clusters are a collection of almost microscopic bubbles no bigger than 0.5mm.. all gathered together. They don't combine with each other to form large bubbles that will then pop.. nope .... they stay in these little clusters floating in the center of a surface. Same thing happens around exposed edges, but the edge bubbles are VERY difficult to see until one demolds and then realizes an entire edge is riddled with microscopic bubbles. Again, this is the worst resin I've used to date. Will never order this brand again. (Note, this brand also labels A and B differently than all other brands I've used.. A harder, B resin for this brand.. all other brands use A resin, B hardener - not that that in itself is a major issue.)

It’s works….. but there’s an odor
This product does exactly what it is designed to do but it is not an odorless epoxy. Once you mix the 2 together there is a strange smell that after using it for about 1 hour I had to stop because it started giving me a headache. I was hoping this would work because the price was great. Guess I’m still on the search for an epoxy to use in my resin molds.

Sloooooow to cure
EDIT: I came back to say that even though I still think it take a VERY long time to cure, now that the holiday rush is over & I have time for a long curing process this stuff really does make nice pieces. It is sooo clear & virtually no bubbles after resting a minute & hitting with a heat gun for a few seconds. I may purchase again for larger pieces that don't requure a rush... I gave it 2 stars because clarity is good & very little bubbles after mixing & letting sit for a couple minutes. But the curing time is kind of ridiculous. This is my second project I have tried it on and it is still extremely soft & tacky after more than 15 hours to cure this first layer. The first time I thought it might have been because I poured a small trinket tray & it was a little cooler than normal in the house. Yesterday early evening I tried it again because the house was not cool & I really wanted to like this due to price. But this morning after 15 hours the thin base to this coaster is still not ready for me to build the next layer(s) of it. I don't know about you, but I don't really have the time for this kind of waiting.
