OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Ceramic Coated Metal Bakeware Quarter Sheet Pan – Storm Blue

Over the past few years I've been transitioning to ceramic cookware in order to avoid the health risks associated with teflon-coated pots and pans. I recently bought this ceramic baking sheet and am seriously impressed with the quality. My old metal baking sheets bent easily and warped when put in the oven. This OXO ceramic baking sheet is thick and does not bend or flex at all. I bought the quarter size for small baking projects but plan on buying the larger size as well because I'm so pleased with the quality.

Ten months ago I purchased several pans with two goals in mind: Find something that fit easily into our toaster oven, with a safer non-stick coating. This ceramic pan, while larger than other toaster oven pans I have, met the criteria and in the ten months I've owned it, has knocked it out of the park. The pan looks as good today as the day it arrived. IF anything sticks (rare) it only needs to soak for a short time and it too comes off completely. It's perfect!
