After fewer than 100 uses, item is leaking and customer service says they can’t help since it is just beyond warranty. (Took us a while to set it up after purchase.) They offered 15% off a new replacement and would not be helpful with repair options (even self pay repair). Will not be ordering this again.

We had the cube for years and loved it! We "upgraded" to the dock pro and have been very unsatisfied. The concept is great. Being able to adjust the temperature throughout the night is genius. However, it has had problems from the second month on. It frequently shows low water level and shuts off after spewing water out the side. It has created many frustrating nights. It is really unfortunate because the cooled bed is the only way my wife can sleep and it has just created more frustrations. Very disappointed. I miss my simple cube.

Cooling worked great and the new pad was a big improvement over the previous models. However, like my previous 3 systems (two Cubes and an Ooler), the heat pump died after approximately 18 months. Seems like the company has embraced planned obsolescence, will try the Sleep Eight system (5 year warranty) next.

Will you sleep in a nice, cool bed? Yes. Will the check valve fail over and over and ruin your floor? Also, yes. I have returned three units and just had another fail and leak all over my floor. After the second unit failed I bought a rubber mat to catch any future fails and sadly it overflowed even that this time. I paid so much for this to be a constant fail and the fix is such a hassle. If you search online for “DockPro leaking” you will find this is a common issue.
