We weren't sure what to expect when we ordered these and it was really good. It doesn't tell you how much meat or hominy to add so we guessed. Turned out absolutely delicious. I probably will continue to make my own but this was fun to try.

These are great, they have all the spices you need with great flavor. They should come out with some Asian bombs.

Pozole has been my favorite meal since I was a young child. My mother, from Michoacan, makes it from scratch. Now that I'm a grown man, I only get to eat it when she invited me over, which is only a handful of times a year given the complexity of the dish. I'm always very critical of products claiming to be authentic Mexican quality. Canned beans, gentrified frozen enchiladas, you name it and I hate it. But once again, given the complexity of the dish, I decided to give it a try. OMG. Extremely surprised! About 95% authentic flavor that you expect from home made Mexican pozole, while being extremely easy to make with these bombs. Pricey? Yes. Delicious? VERY!. Buy again? Definitely!

As a second generation Californian, I say this IS worth it. A bit expensive yes. But true to the dishes flavors and I didn't have to buy a bunch of spices that I may not use again for a while! I'll definitely buy again! Thanks!

Excellent flavor and so easy to make.

We used to live on the southern border and pozole was my go to comfort food. Sadly I haven’t found a restaurant near me in NYC that makes anything similar to authentic. I don’t have the time to mess do all the prep of roasting pumpkins and various papers.This product isnt the real deal, but it tastes good and evokes my favorite flavors. For a busy caretaker of a disabled person, anything crookpot with no time in the kitchen is great, so I’ll be buying this on repeat.
