One of my best purchases. Well worth the $150. Multi functional and greatly enhances the audio vusial experience. Many compliments on it as well. Only issue was with the setup when the app wouldnt pick up the top 2 orange corner markers to set up the camera. The key is to make the image a rectangle in the app and to remove the plastic protector over the lens. Awesome product!

Updated Information: Govee Customer Service contacted me with an acceptable resolution. I appreciate the great support and won't hesitate to purchase their products again. I've increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Original Review: I've had backlighting on my flat screens, including several TVs and computer monitors, for many years. This is my second Govee TV Backlight - the original model, T1, still works flawlessly. The Backlight 3 installation and set-up was pretty straight forward, as usual. It took a bit of work to get the settings exactly where I wanted them, and everything worked as planned... until it didn't. After about a week or two the settings reset to default, and it seemed that many of the previous options were no longer available in the app. After another week, it looked like the app changed again, but I still had to recreate my preferences. Now, I can no longer get the lights to reliably automatically turn on and off. I'm not sure what happened here. My older model Govee still works perfectly on another set, but this one can't seem to keep the settings. Too much hassle to uninstall, and I've tossed the packaging, so I'll keep using this in fixed color mode, and manually turn it on and off, rather than try to figure how to send it back. Hopefully a software update will resolve the issue.
