I just love my clock the noise the movements absolutely class great timer beautiful made excellent

Would love some help, nothing is moving and can't work out why, new batteries has been replaced and still not working, if anyone could help

Was very upset when I unpacked it because it looked great and solid but then I noticed wood had chipped off roof and one of the trees was not attached to the bottom and was loose. I never checked other functions because I knew I was returning it. I was devastated. .. I got a replacement and although one of the trees isn’t solid and secure on the base I have decided to keep the replacement. I am delighted with the clock and features. I can always fix the tree if I have to.

This clock is beautifully made, all wood & very good craftmanship. Good talking point with friends, & everyone loves it!

After about 2 months, it’s stopped working. Changed the batteries and it doesn’t work properly. Cuckoos the wrong amount so say it’s 6 o clock you’d expect 6 chirps, I don’t know how many it does but it certainly isn’t 6. The woodman and the wheel are supposed to spin. Woodman must only work part time because he only moves about 3 days a week and the wheel must have been replaced by a more conventional form as that doesn’t work either.

Very expensive for what it is. It is beautiful, but the hourly tunes are just like the cheap toy tunes, eg Frere Jacque . You can tell it is hand made. Great that you can turn the sound off altogether.

Our little boy Rhys was feeling sad so we bought it to remind us we are cookoo on each other. It’s great it’s got loads of tunes, the people go round and round the wood goes chop, chop and more, a welcome addition to a friendly safe place.
