Print was very small and it was difficult to find the items but when I did this was quite helpful.

A must for anybody working out their diets

This book turns out to be almost 30 years old - refers to supermarkets that no longer exist and has products that either no longer exist or which are not part of a 2024 diet. Really bad value.

Was difficult to under stand at first but ok when you get used to it.
