Not according to the Amazon listing of the one I bought which just lists a number of Renaults - however Amazon have a tendency to combine listing reviews for similar products, so I'm not sure this is a good way to find out whether it will fit your Honda - I'd just go by what it says in the full listing and ignore the responses to your question (e.g. ones like mine!)

I found it better to remove old mirror carefully wiggled the bits off with a flat screwdriver and mirror fit flush with plastic frame
