Can i use this product on a car pain near windshield and rubber connection to seal and prevent rust?Is it save on car paint?

does this work with potentiometers? I'm trying to waterproof a radio

Not certain, also not entirely certain about the health safety of this stuff.... It DOES work really, really well though. I doused the inside of a corroded server with it and cleaned it up and got it to actually work. Will your potentiometer be 100% the same, maybe not but on the other hand it could, it doesn't conduct electricity.

Is this product good for biat engines and salty pieces?

That’s exactly what it’s designed for. I sprayed my regular steel boat trailer with it in areas where the paint has chipped off and other non coated areas and even hauling it around with salt on the roads it has zero rust. I also used it on my truck.

After spraying corrosion X on can you paint over it?

You cannot paint over CorrosionX. CorrosionX bonds on the molecular level to metal surfaces and subsurfaces to from a dynamic, self-healing Fluid Thin Film Coating (we call this ‘FTFC’). This will prevent the paint from contacting the metal surface, so it will never be able to adhere. In order to paint, you would need to break the Polar Bonding™ between CorrosionX and metal. The best means to do this reliably is with MEK; other solvents (paint thinners, etc.) are often not strong enough to break that bond. CorrosionX must be completely removed to allow paint to stick.
