I kind of wish I could just brew a larger amount of this stuff at once, but even if you don't take a look at the ingredients and what affect they can, it says in the directions you're limited to 3 cups a day. That would be fine, but I drank through 2 cups faster than I expected, so I had to make something else right away. I did put a squeeze of a lemonade flavored Splenda liquid enhancer in it, so the Goji Berry that I tried ended up tasting like a Snapple, since I made an iced tea. I've tried this with some of my other teas and haven't like it nearly this much, maybe because I like the green tea in this one better? Speaking of green tea, though, I find the directions interesting since it says to drink this as your last drink of the day before bed, but you can't really tell how much caffeine is in a serving. It seems an odd choice to advise drinking green tea just before bed, but I'm not one to follow that advice, whether it's on a label or not, to be honest. So, overall, I really like the first flavor I tried so far with the way I like to drink iced tea, but wish I wasn't limited to a few cups a day so I could make a larger batch at once. That, and I know green tea before bed isn't a particularly wise idea. I will say that although I can have a sensitive stomach, I did not experience any adverse affects despite drinking this more quickly than usual (it was an unusually hot night, but usually I drink very slowly to the point of wasting carbonated drinks quite often.) If this was a diet pop/soda I'd probably experience digestive discomfort drinking it that fast, but I was totally fine with this tea all night and throughout the next day.

It’s worth buying, it’s work

You get a ton of tea here, so that is a plus. Lots of different flavors and they taste fine. It does have caffine in it so you need to watch out for that. Wouldn't drink it in the evening. This isn't just pure tea. It is several "extra" ingredients in it. This is supposed to cause slimming, but I cannot verify those claims. I sincerly doubt it does anything. The real problem with these extras is that now you have to compare it against your medication. You can't take it when pregnant, etc. If you like the taste, then great. But just be aware this might not be your cup of tea.
