This acupuncture mat with pillow has been a great addition to my wellness routine. I highly recommend starting with a shirt on at first, then gradually progressing to using it directly on your skin as you get used to the sensation. It can feel intense in the beginning, but it’s very manageable and worth it. After each session, I feel relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably looser. Overall, it feels amazing afterward and is something I now look forward to using.

I wasn't sure this would work but it does. It takes a few times to get used to but after that I fall asleep on it. Very easy to use, the quality is good, it comes in a canvas bag. I used it before the shower and before bed for ultimate relaxation. I definitely notice a difference in pain relief especially in my lower back. Highly recommend

Well done made well - sturdy plastic points are nice & pointy. Cotton fabric. Nice little carrying bag with drawstring/strap. Easy to understand manual is a plus! Felt so good I almost fell asleep.

I like this. When my back is hurting I lay on it. Use with no clothing or very light to get full effect. It hurts when I first lay down but instantly get used to it. I love the pillow for the base of my head and neck. I feel I don’t get as many headaches, I used to get them daily. I love that it’s portable, I use some rope to roll up so I can fit back in the bag.

20 Minutes laying on this product and my pain in gone.

Nice and pokey, but it doesn’t really solve or attend to anything. It’s just kind of relaxing I guess, like an extremely thin mat with a somewhat cool texture, nowhere near the “acupressure” relief this category of items promises.
