Great All Around Security/Media Camera
I am only give it a 1 because I just purchased one and the screen went dark even though the device was On. I have repurchased it and if everything checks out, it will definitely be a 5 stars. First time experience did not go as planned, but since we are living in an imperfect world, mistakes can happen. Hence, I will wait for the second one. ******Update****** One of the best purchased that I have ever made in year 2025 so far. I have being using it for quite some time now, and it is as reliable as someone would want it to be. I have been using it mostly for my car surveillance, but I sometimes use it to capture long lasting family memory. I would highly recommend it.

Product never worked, poor customer service. 100+ days waiting for a replacement/refund
Received a defective product. Ordered 2/12, it's now 5/27. I ave been on the phone and emailing Vantrue every week for the last 3 months, shipped my unit back to them at an $18 expense to myself for a replacement, and they've promised every time that "the replacement will be sent out," but has yet to ship. Last time they said they'd be "shipping it Monday" was 2 weeks ago. Products that don't work, service that doesn't help or tell the truth.. writing this off as a $500 loss because I expect no one to help. TLDR: Unit I ordered was defective, took ages getting several people to help me troubleshoot over the phone, nothing worked, then sent back the defective unit once it was apparent it doesn't work, at an additional $18 cost to myself, was told a new unit would "ship Monday" 15 days ago. I am avoiding Vantrue for the rest of the foreseeable future and chalking them up as a scam considering this has been an ongoing nightmare for over 100 days now.

Good but could be better.
Good little camera and fairly easy to set up but very disappointing as far as continuous recording and how to access the footage. Not clear and not able to access remotely when my son’s driving.

Vantrue does it again!
Awesome 360 + Rear Camera setup - 360 dashcam is a game changer! Paired this with the hardwire kit, now I get total peace of mind with my car security. FUN TIP - Unplug your camera if someone is going to do yardwork in front of your car. Drained my car battery by accident. Use the Vantrue sd card - I tried sandisk and samsung but they kept giving me slow card notifications.

Know Before You Buy
The dashcam itself is pretty good and unique with the 360 view. The reason for 3stars is that if you use any other memory card other than a Vantrue branded card, you will eventually get a very annoying "Slow card" warning. I have tried multi memory cards, Samsung Pro and the Endurance, SanDisk, Lexar. All are super fast card, I use them for photography. All got the "Slow card" warning. I eventually just bought the cheapest Vantrue card, a 32gb. So far no warning. I ran a couple of speed-tests against the Vantrue, which makes me speculate Vantrue wants you to buy there slower and more pricier SD cards.

Will not stay on!!
What is the point of a dash camera that will NOT stay on! I am embarrassed that I had recommended this camera to 3 other people who bought it. Cons: easy to install. Came with a very helpful tool to hide the cords flawlessly. Love the app and the 360 view. I have a crv and needed something to really catch the back of my car better. Pro: Will not stay on! Cuts on and off repeatedly. Update: no longer even cuts on. Checked the cords and they worked fine. The problem is the camera itself.

I’ll never look at dash cams the same way after trying this. The Vantrue E360 ACE is packed with features, but what really impressed me is how well everything just works. It's not just a dash cam, it doubles as a handheld camera too. You can attach it to the tripod/selfie stick it comes with and use it on its own, which makes it more flexible than I expected. Setup was straightforward. The cabling was generous, they gave more than enough to run from the front unit to the center console, and then all the way to the rear camera (I used mine in a SUV). That alone made installation a lot easier, allowing me to go under the trim so to tidy everything up. Once it was up and running, I connected to it through the app on my phone. It uses its own WiFi signal, so you don’t need data, just connect and browse through your saved events, photos, or videos. Or if you prefer, you can just pop out the microSD card and plug it into your computer or phone directly. Video files save in 5-minute chunks by default, which I’ve found helpful for finding and clipping footage without having to scrub through massive files. The front camera gives you a full 360 degree view, and it’s really sharp. Not just "good for a dashcam sharp", more like action cam sharp. The rear camera surprised me too. I expected it to be average at best, but the quality is actually solid, especially at night. HDR and STARVIS 2 tech seem to do a good job keeping the picture clean without blowing out lights or crushing details. Little tip, get a big microSD card. This thing records a lot, and you’ll want the extra space, especially if you're using the 5.2K mode or parking mode features. Overall, this is a seriously well-rounded unit. Full coverage, easy to install, sharp video, solid night performance, and you’re not stuck dealing with a clunky app. I’ve tested a several dash cams before, this is the one I’d recommend.

Item: Vantrue E360 ACE This device seems to have a bit of an identity crisis... Is it a dashcam? Is it an action cam? Turns out it's both. The E360 mounts to the vehicle with a removable mount that contains a GPS receiver and connects to the power and rear camera cables. The main unit has all the features of any other premium dashcam... WiFi, collision detection, parking mode (if you get the hardwire kit) and others. The rear camera has 2.5K resolution using a Sony Starvis2 image sensor. The main unit is unique... It contains two cameras, one on the front of the unit and one of the back... each camera is configured with fisheye lens that allow for 360° recording. The recordings look a bit strange at first but there are a several recoring modes - 360° panorama (a wraparound image that shows all angle at once), Fisheye + Fisheye (two seperate recordings - one for each camera) and Dual Fisheye (Both cameras side by side in one recording). And then... It can be an action camera. The kit includes a handheld mount. The mount contains batteries to power the camera for up to 4 hours - Yes the camera is a bit power hungry. This allows you to use the dashcam as an action cam. Also included is a tripod stand that connects to the handheld mount to allow handsfree recording. The main unit records at 5.2K resolution and produces highly detailed recordings. The Starvis2 sensors are also able to provide excellent low light recordings and, as if that isn't good enough, the main unit incorporates IR LEDs to enable no light recording.

The image quality is surprisingly sharp, even in low light. The 360 coverage is wild, you really can see everything around the vehicle. Setup took a little time but wasn’t overly complicated. It pairs with a phone for reviewing footage, which works better than expected. I like the GPS tagging and voice control, though I’ve mostly been using it in basic mode. It’s on the pricier end, but the features are stacked. Definitely get it on sale if you can.

If you're looking for a dash Cam with all the bells and whistles, then definitely pick this one up. This dashcam has too many features to list and honestly, I'm impressed with all the different coverages that it has. On top of the features it also has Actual cameras that are high resolution so you're never worried about losing any details Or missing out on some very important information. One thing I thought that was very cool is that it came with a little stand, so you can also use it as a camera for your on-the-go activities. I have used this in both scenarios and honestly I think it's a really cool idea. Has half a TB of onboard storage, so you can really record forever and not think twice. Price for this dash Cam is $659.99 minus an $80.00 coupon. At 579.99, this is a very premium product And it's one of those things that will keep you covered in any scenario so you can peacefully Sleep Knowing that you're fully safe. That being said, if you're just looking for a dash Cam, you can pick something similar up that would cost you a lot less and that's the only gripe I really have with this product. Some things just do not need IBERI premium product of this market might just be it. That being said, I am still very happy with this product and I would definitely recommend it to everybody.
