Very nice. Exactly what I needed.
Very well packed. It arrived quickly and undamaged. It's easy to use, not too heavy, and wasn't hard to learn how to setup and get started. It is very good quality. It was functional and in use within a short time and will be helpful to me for many years I hope.

Not the best battery up time but easy to set up and does not disconnect like my Chromebook from the internet and virtual meetings.

This is a terrific laptop for the price. I believe I got a fantastic deal. The 17+ inch touchscreen works beautifully. No mouse needed. It is very fast and responsive when browsing, doing e-mails or simply writing. Battery life is good. I searched for quite a while looking for a new laptop and believe this was by far the best of the bunch.

Fire Hazard - Hot Adapter
For the price.. this is a nice laptop...BUT there is already a problem. The adapter gets very hot which is a concern for me. Could be a fire hazard. I contacted HP and was told to contact Amazon. Now I'm asked did I contact HP. Seems like the buck ($659 bucks) is going back and forth. Can I get a remedy about this adapter? And is the adapter an original HP product? Contacted PC Online PC. They were of no assistance to a dangerous situation. BUYER BEWARE!!!
