This product is acceptable. Reasonably priced, delivery was quick, packaging adequate. However, the micronisation here is not the best, therefore it doesn't dissolve in water as well as some others I've bought. This leaves that "sludge" in the bottom of the glass. Otherwise, it's adequate.

Excellent value creatine. I have bought this brand of creatine many times now due to the quality and value. I take 5 to 10 grams per day depending on training etc.. There are apparently many health benefits now known about creatine which are too many to go into here on a review. I advise you to look them up for yourself. Excellent purchase.

I like the fact that the pure creatine powder is so fine. it mixes well with anything and it has no gritty taste, like some other brands. It can be taken in water and dissolves completely, with no after taste.

I bought this as I was losing weight fairly rapidly and I wanted to try and protect my muscle mass. An interesting side effect is that it seems to have slightly helped peri-menopause symptoms also. I feel a little calmer, think with a bit more clarity. It could very well be a placebo effect, but It impressed me enough to purchase a second pouch to continue taking it.
