This is a great detox supplement, but I will say that the pills are extremely large and I almost choked on one when I first started taking them. I suggest breaking them in half. I cannot attest if they actually completely cleaned my system out, but for the most part, it did make me feel better and gave me more energy.

Felt some mild chills and maybe a little anxiety, but nothing major. Just drink a LOT of water — this stuff can dehydrate you fast. If you don’t stay hydrated, your body will hold on to the toxins longer.Bottom line: It works — just be smart, stay hydrated, and give it enough time. Totally worth it!
