Not a great help to me and ten pounds too expensive for what it is. Better than nothing but a disappointing purchase.

Excellent and Very Useful Product
I have brought this as a gift for my girlfriend. She is a nurse and has recently started to get back pains. Since wearing the back support belt it has helped a lot. She doesn't get any pains at all. I strongly recommend this product to everyone with lower back problems.

Reasonably comfortable, and as the blurb said, it didn't cause sweating or rashes, my main concern while travelling in the tropics. It stretched a bit, but was easily adjustable. Easy to wash and dry.
