I used this pre brush rinse for half a year, not expecting it do actually do anything. However, when I went for a teeth cleaning, my dental hygienist confirmed there was less plaque buildup on my teeth and they were easier to clean. I will continue to buy this from Amazon because my local Walmart has every variety except the pre brush. Also the Amazon price is lower.
