We recently upgraded to the BANGSON Compact Refrigerator for our upstairs loft, and it’s been a fantastic addition! With a total capacity of 7.1 cu ft (5.45 cu ft for the fridge and 1.65 cu ft for the freezer), it’s the perfect size for extra storage in small spaces without feeling cramped. What We Love: Spacious and Practical Design: The fridge and freezer have plenty of room for everything we need. The freezer is especially impressive—it freezes ice in the included tray in less than an hour, which has been super convenient. Sleek Black Finish: The black exterior looks great and gives the space a modern feel. Sure, it shows fingerprints occasionally, but it’s nothing a quick wipe can’t fix. Flexible Door Configuration: We appreciated the reversible door feature since it made placement easier. Switching the door direction took a little more time and effort than expected, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Quiet and Efficient: It runs so quietly that we barely notice it’s there, and it doesn’t seem to use much power, which is always a plus. A Few Minor Quirks: The black finish, while stunning, does tend to show smudges. Not a huge deal, but worth noting. Changing the door’s opening direction was a bit tricky—not a huge deal but just be prepared to spend some time on it if you need to reverse. Final Thoughts: We’re thrilled with this refrigerator! It’s been a huge upgrade from our smaller 4.1 cu ft unit, especially with the added freezer space. It’s stylish, functional, very quiet, and works beautifully for our needs. If you’re looking for something spacious, efficient, and quiet, this is an excellent choice. We couldn’t be happier with ours!

I find the size of this mini-fridge to be perfect! The fridge door has enough space for 32 oz water bottles along with the 4 soda can, trays. At 2.75 Cu.ft, the inner fridge cavity has a good size to fit things like larger leftover food boxes and the freezer is good enough to put ice trays and ice cream into it at 1.27 Cu. ft, which is great for someone like me who has a weakness for ice cream bars and cones. I like that it has a glass shelf that you can remove or leave in to store large ice cream buckets or many pints of ice cream. This is my office fridge, so I'm not storing anything serious in there, but I could if I wanted to. I'm glad I got the 4.0 Cu.Ft fridge over the 3.2 or 3.5 Cu.Ft because most of their freezer section was small and not deep or wide at all. This brand also came in a nicely protected box. The styrofoam was nice and sturdy and thick. I bought one before this and it used flimsy foam. The box was thicker than the foam and it was punctured...the box and fridge. Anyway, this is a great price for this size. It's not a retro-looking fridge like I initially wanted, but glad I got it because the interior layout is bigger compared to the 3.2 Cu.Ft I almost got. Lastly, this thing cooled up fast. It states I should give it 2 hours before using the fridge portion and the freezer portion was frozen by then and the fridge was nice and cool too.

This Bangson 7.1 cu ft model is really impressive. Even in ambient temps well above 100F this fridge will keep food as cold as You like. Currently I have it set around 34F to 38F in 110F ambient, which is just shy of #4 on the Temperature Control Dial, & it maintains that with ease. At my current setting the Freezer is at -18F. It's 55.5" tall & 21" square. It's so quiet it's hard to tell when it's on unless You put an ear to it. It's about as loud as a very quiet Aquarium bubbler, & uses 100 watts @120 volts, which is perfect for RV & Off-Grid. It took less than 24 hours to stabilize & fully chill down, which is quite amazing for the temps it's surrounded by. This is a really well made fridge, & if it performs this well for the next 5 years or more I'll feel the price was well worth it. No other brand in this size category comes anywhere close to the value of the 7.1 Bangson. I don't think there's a better brand in this category anywhere, I will definitely purchase another one just to have a replacement when & if this one fails, & I will certainly update this review if anything worth noting occurs, cheers!

We got this fridge for my 81 year old mom to have a mini kitchen near her bedroom. We love that it looks good and the fridge is on the top so she doesn’t have to bend down like smaller fridges. It says it must be placed on a hard surface so we added blocks on the bottom since it is carpeted near her room. We were able to switch the doors to the other side - no directions on that but it was pretty intuitive. There were extra parts that we had to figure out where they went since there were no directions in the box on “assembly”. The parts went on the glass shelves to lock them in place. The middle shelf is moveable so you can adjust for taller items. The freezer is a good size too considering it’s a small fridge. It’s large enough for frozen meals and ice cream. The bins sit on the shelf not in slots on the side and there is a small notch to keep it from coming all the way out. It came packaged well with styrofoam and metal brackets on corners and even thin wood on the top and bottom. It was even wrapped in that sticky film you peel off to protect it. That said it still arrived with dents on the top corner, back and side. Not terrible and didn’t damage the actually running of the fridge, still disappointing hence the 4 out of 5 stars. And no idea what that green stick in the small hole is in the back of the fridge is for (see pick) since it came with no instructions - just a pamphlet of a picture of the fridge that labeled the parts and a set of rules for setting up. I’d love to know what that is for! Overall, I think it is going to work great. It was a great price. It cooled down quickly and seems to be maintaining its temp since we plugged it in a few days ago. Looks like it is going to be a great fridge!!

Purchased for my son’s barracks. Great for a barracks, dorm room, child’s bedroom! Holds a lot of food & drinks & has a good size freezer, smartly located on the bottom. Slightly higher which takes up less width & depth space which is very desirable for smaller areas & provides ease of access to the refrigerator portion! Works great! Looks great! Price is great! Smart design inside & out! Convenient compartments & larger storage compartments including items placed on inside door! Left or right hand door option. Lightweight, very quiet with variable temp control, refrigerator light. I would buy again! My son and his fellow marines love it!

I live off grid, in an army tent. Right off the bat the tape took off the shiny plastic cover so now it looks cheap. Which it is. 756 a.m brand new solar power station only used to test itself. 100% on the power station. Fridges power surge is at 740 watts to start, with plugin. 56-58 watts of power intake after initial surge. At 453 pm, same day, I looked at the solar and it was at 43%. This bluetti power station, which doesn't charge the way Bluetti advertises, Bluetti advertises that it brings in 500 Watts. I have 700 plugged into it and it brings in 167 watts of solar power. Don't bother with the Bluetti. The Bluetti is supposed to have 1152 watt hours, on a full charge. It is over half empty which would mean the fridge is consuming way more energy in ONE DAY than the advertisement states it does in a year. I bought this because i live completely off grid and the energy savings stated it was amazing. It doesnt do as advertised with energy savings. Not even close. By midnight, it will have used 1152 watt hours and the energy sticker says it uses 341 watt hours in a year. Even in one day, it is wrong. Plus it's all plastic and Styrofoam. It is very light and would get knocked over if you stumbled into it. Which is a plus and a minus for me. Plus because it is very movable. Minus because I am handicapped and stumble into everything or hold onto everything as I walk. I did take a radio frequency reading and it was in the safe zone. In conclusion, not worth the $200 plus dollars I paid for it. If it's on sale for $50 and your not off grid.....your choice. Someone needs to come pack this thing up and get it out of here. Buying this was a waste of my time and energy. Even if I put cold packs in it at night, it still wouldn't help keep my food from spoiling because I would have to unplug it. Wastes too much energy. After contacting this merchant, I was given a full refund with no hassle.

Perfect for studio apartment. My daughter loves it. Has zero issues with it, easy to move.

Been in use for several months and no complaints on cooling function at all. I wish the drawers had guides because they are just plastic tubs with no retention or alignment. But for the price, everything else is great. The most capacity I could get in a limited space. I'd buy again.
