Jam on! This is exactly what I needed for my constant headaches, the heat level is perfect for me, I like hear, but it is adjustable for those who can't bear high heat! It fits perfect, it's not annoying, it's actually comfortable! I love it! And I've had mine for a very long time!

I was super excited to get this bc I suffer from TMJ, the migraines they help cause & sinus problems. I’d check every day to see when it was arriving. Well today was the day & in my excitement I didn’t let the device air out. I guess bc I didn’t first notice that overpowering off-gassing scent that some products have. Well wait until it’s on your face for a minute on high. After 3 minutes the smell was so overwhelming that it was bothering my asthma. My fault for not realizing the scent initially, but my sense of smell isn’t what it should be so when I tell you it is completely overpowering when heated up, that’s an understatement Makes me wonder if this is actually good to have against your skin if it has such an overwhelming toxic smell to it I’m not saying the product is toxic.. It just makes me wonder how good this is if used directly on the skin As for fit/function… this wouldn’t be for someone with a larger head. It fit me “ok” but left such room in the eyes and mouth space that the areas I would like covered didn’t really get much heat no matter how much I adjusted it. Your forehead however will def feel the heat so for those mainly interested in heat on their forehead, you will be pleased Wish there could’ve been a way to get more heat under the eyes and around the edges of your face & chin but it’s just not made to accommodate that.. at least I couldn’t get it to do so. It’s made of a comfortable fabric with velcro closure straps for adjusting to your face There’s a graciously long cord that connects for the power as this is an electric corded piece. The different power settings and timer were also nice. I can still smell the toxic scent it gave off though that got much worse the more it heated up and for that reason & the lack of a better fit, I’m subtracting from my score. In checking the directions just now, it says that you can actually hand wash the mask if you take great care not to get the DC adapter wet. I didn’t realize this was a possibility so def wash before use instead of just airing out & hopefully that will eliminate the issue. Just make sure to air out well before use.

There's a wire in these above the nose that causes an electrical shock and it's scary definitely a safety concern

Five stars for excellent fit, comfort, and fast heat up. I bought this for masseter (cheek muscle) and TMJD (temporomandibular joint disease) heat therapy. Three stars because the mask I received heats unevenly. On high setting the forehead area gets uncomfortably hot while the cheek/joint areas (the areas I want to treat) are the perfect amount of "hot" I wanted. Unfortunately I can't tolerate the high heat setting on my forehead for very long. So I had to drop to using medium heat. My forehead and sinus areas are very comfortable on medium but cheek and joint areas also dropped and, while warm, are not really "hot". I'm still going to use it because it does apply some heat where I need it.

I have tmj issues and migraines. Often times I will fall asleep with this on my face because the heat is perfect!
