It's by far the easiest to fit. I have even used it on my knee. I have only tried it cold, but it's great. However I doubt the 40 seconds heating time would be enough to heat it up fully.I have other kinds of shoulder braces as well, that can be heated or frozen and have massaging buzzers in them, and like them I would not wear it against my bare skin.Once frozen it eases my shoulder pain considerably more than any of the other devices I have, unfortunately it doesn't last for more than about 20 minutes or so, and in summer it may not last that long, that said it is still the best of the 5 devices I have.

What a revelation. I really wish I had had this thing 3 months ago when I first got my 'frozen shoulder' the absolute relief it provides now is just great and would have made the recovery much shorter (in my opinion). However, to be honest, if had seen that these were available back then I still don't think I would have got one but I am so glad I did. It wont suit everyone I know but £22 isn't a lot of money to try and if it works it will be the best relief you will ever get for £22.

This is good for my shoulder when I have flair ups with my AS in the shoulder area. Only thing I would mention is that if you have a sore shoulder, you are likely to need someone to assist you with fitting this. But it does a good job and covers a much larger area than your regular hot bean bag or ice pack. I would recommend this for those who are suseciptable to shoulder pain

You know those things you buy and think, 'Eh, I'll probably never use this?' Like a fondue set or a unicycle? Well, this Comfytemp 3D Contoured Shoulder Wrap is NOT one of those things. It's the kind of thing you'll pull out when you suddenly realize you've turned into a human pretzel overnight.My husband, bless his stubborn heart, refused to admit his shoulder was anything more than a 'bad pillow.' But after a few days of him walking around like a question mark, I unleashed the Comfytemp 3D Contoured Shoulder Wrap. We had a slight disagreement with the microwave instructions (40 seconds? Please!), but eventually, he got the warmth he craved. The Velcro straps stretch so they fit you snugly, and the one that goes around your arm is a permanent band.He said it was 'comfy enough,' which, in husband-speak, translates to 'This is amazing, why didn't we have this sooner?' It didn't magically fix his 'mystery neck thing,' but it did make him stop groaning every time he moved. So, if you're looking for a way to provide some reprieve, or just want to silence the groaning, this shoulder wrap is worth a shot!

Lots of room needed in the freezer to prepare this for use and it's VERY heavy! It also doesn't fit in my microwave to heat it so I've yet to try that.

I have an upper right should pain that does not go away without medication.My Dr has told me it is wear and tear and I can possibly have an op at some point.Well, that does not help me right now.I rely on paracetamol and hot and cold therapy.I was fed up with patches and heat pads as I was having to sit still and hold the pad in place or use banding to hold it, which slipped about whilst I was working. Annoying!This is great, it can be use hot or cold, I alternate.It is great quality and weighty.The way it fits on the shoulder is very good and secure and feels comfortable.I get relief whilst using this shoulder wrap.I highly recommend.

This could not have come at a better time. I've had really sore pains in my shoulder, so much so I've had to have an x-ray. I had this already chilling in the freezer, and with some help I managed to get this on my arm and up to my shoulder. This was no mean task. I found the pack to be heavy and pulling on my shoulder and had to lie down to take the weight off, but the cold seemed to help, so I persevered and within about 40 mins the pain was much less. I returned the cold pack to the freezer and reapplied. This is a good quality item, well made with no issues on materials. The pack also works well if you heat it the in the microwave and use it hot. The item is great if you're suffering from a rotator cuff injuries, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, or general and muscle pain. This is now my go to item for any reoccurring shoulder or muscle pain, therefore it's 5* from me folks.

So disappointed. This helped so much with the pain of my frozen shoulder but burst after two days. Leaking gel from two areas. I didn’t overheat it as I couldn’t stand ‘hot’ on my shoulder, I just warmed it. Very disappointing
