What is the difference in length of the X-Lg and the X-Lg tall?

I'm 6'6" 225lbs and I am sending back the XL Tall because it's way too big. It is too long but not by much. It just feels like I could fit another person in there with me, so I will probably return it for a Large Tall. Hope that helps some.
