I came across this product by pure accident and was instantly intriqued. After researching Kojic Acid and reading testimonials from different sources, I decided to try this for myself. Now, at 47 years old I'm no stranger to skin care products, I've tried them all from prescription medications, skin care systems & over the counter. Plus changes in my diet. I also have a connective tissue disorder & Lupus that GREATLY affect my skin, causing inflammation, sores, dark spots and scarring. While some products worked for a short time they never lasted long or they were just to expensive to keep using. Still on the hunt to improve my skin to look and feel better I stumbled across Kojic Acid homemade soap. Intriqued, I did my research and read many testimonials from different sites. I was leary of purchasing from an individuals homemade soap, but I wanted to try this product. After, much searching I felt comfortable with this seller and it's products. I liked the options, like the one I purchased also has collagen and other beneficial ingredients. And the reviews from other customers clinched it for me. I was very pleased that my order was processed so quickly, I think I received it within 2 days of ordering. Upon opening the soap I was pleasantly surprised with a fresh clean light subtle almost floral scent. I couldn't wait to try it. I loved how the soap smelled and washing my face felt so cool, clean and fresh. My skin felt cleaner and softer than I've ever felt. I couldn't wait to wash my face with it again. Before using the soap, my face was inflammed and had breakouts. After washing my face twice that day, the inflammation was already improving. The next few days I washed my face in the morning and evening. The inflammation is gone and the breakouts are gone much quicker than I expected. My skin tends to be more on the oily side, so far the soap has greatly minimized my oily skin. It has tightened my pores, my face feels "lifted" or firmer and my skin is noticeably brighter. I can already see a difference in the lightening effects on the dark spots on my skin. Now, I've started using it over my whole body where I have scarring and dark spots. After several days use, I can see and feel the difference in my skin. I'm hopeful this will be the very last face/body soap I will ever use on my skin! I would highly recommend this product. The quality and benefits are wonderful and the PRICE AMAZING!!! So much better than spending $100's of dollars on a skin care regimen that fails in comparison! I can not believe NO ONE has ever mentioned this product before! I feel like I stumbled upon the secret fountain of youth! I’m a believer. I’ve never used kojic soap before but I bought this to help fade my residual farmers tan from the summer. This picture is just after 2 uses a couple of days apart. The before is on the left. The results are on the right. I followed the instructions on the box. I coated my arms in the lather and rinsed off almost immediately, maybe no longer than a minute of it on my skin. My skin looks softer in a matte kind of way without being dry or irritated, but I also drink marine collagen every day. I’m obsessed now. The soap is kind of small, so you might want to stock up if you’re going to be lathering yourself up head to toe.

The smell is a very uplifting clean fresh citrus smell. It reminds me of dr teals citrus pink himilayan epsom salt. But it is not harsh like a citrus soap would be. I am allergic to many products but not at all to this. I use it all over from my face to feet. I noticed that my pores are not big anymore and my face looks firmer which is why I bought it. And my skin tone looks like it is evening out. Even after the first use. But if a product is good my skin tends to respond well right away. But may stop working in the long run. So we'll have to see. But so far so good! I would recommend it and I will be continuing to use it. Even if it didn't work the smell is so lovely I would. The only thing is the box was damaged and ripped apart. I thought it was a fake product.

Works well: This works very well for my mixed skin, I have some areas that are dry while other are sweaty Skin care: This fits perfectly into my skin care routine.. I only wished I could get this in a larger size. It works wonders all over my body.
