The product is only 500ml, not 600ml as advertised. This discrepancy influenced my decision to choose this brand, but in reality, the diffuser’s storage capacity is nearly 20% less. It has a fan function, but I did not notice any significant difference when it was switched on. The accompanying app (Aroma-Link) was somewhat difficult to use at first, but fortunately, it only needs to be set up once. It was advertised as quiet, but my cat got startled a few times when it was turned on.

This scent machine has been a great buy for us. I’m really glad I purchased it. We have the sandal scent, and it smells amazing. It spreads nicely throughout our 2,500 sq. ft. home, and the ability to set a timer means I can wake up to a pleasant scent and come home to it later, without wasting fragrance while no one is home. Unfortunately, I misplaced the key and the HVAC accessory kit. I emailed customer support, and Cindy kindly sent me replacements free of charge. It was completely my fault, and I didn’t expect that level of service. Overall, I highly recommend this product, the quality of the machine and the scent are both excellent.
