What's in a face?
I grew up with the smaller Marx and Tim Mee ones as a kid in the early 70s. I might have had one or two of these but they dont seem at all familiar. They are bigger than both others and are as detailed as Tim Mee but not as detailed as Marx or the BMC reissues that I love. Good poses....stand fine on the table. Fairly detailed. Lots of men shooting so thats a plus. Mine had more flashing than I expected but are still very nice figures with excellent poses. But...their faces are ugly and I mean ugly....distorted and weird. Kids would probably like that. I dont know if they look exatly like original Lido ones but the quality is pretty nice and they feel huge. I think they are pretty awesome and would say they make a good gift to a child or adult. Good value for the quality. It would he nice to have another color as well. 40 per bag.

Classic Toy Soldiers
As a kid during the 70's, I remember playing with these toys with my relatives and friends. Browsing in Amazon I came upon the 3 poses (first picture) which I remember used to be part of my collection which was lost during the past years. Happy and grateful to see that they're back in a pack containing 40 pieces. There are 10 poses and these figures are smaller in size (about 2.5 inches) compared to what I used to have back in the 70's. Nonetheless, I'm very happy to have them back as part of my collection and also be able to share them with my nephews and nieces.

Best quality I've seen so far!
I purchased these for my children and I'm happy I did. These are much better than the ones you can buy locally. They are exactly like the ones I had as a child. The quality of the plastic and detail is above and beyond the brittle ones being sold today in chain stores. Even though they don't have a base to help them stand on uneven surfaces, they definitely stand up on flat level surfaces. I don't think they'll work on carpet but we have hardwoods throughout our house so no worries there. These are also bigger than the ones you can buy anywhere else. When these arrived I noticed that every single one was in perfect condition, none were bent or broken. Overall these are the highest quality I've seen so far and will definitely be purchasing them again. When it comes to price, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend!

Re-issue of classic toy soldiers.
Nice set of toy soldiers. Not too much detail but they first came out in the 60s so... Fun set.

Awesome Army Men
These army men are awesome! My son and his friends love them. They are durable, stand up well, and come in great poses. They look great on my Lionel train layout, even though they are oversized for o gauge. In addition to all of these, THEY ARE MADE IN THE USA.

Ted Lasso surprise
We attended a Ted Lasso trivia event recently. We baked "biscuits with the boss" in little pink boxes and put a soldier in the boxes as a special surprise. People actually squealed with delight when they discovered these awesome, detailed soldiers in different poses, and we saw adults playing with theirs during the event. Worth every penny!
