I take this alongside about 4-5 other supplements but I do think its addition does help with cognitive function, just do a lot of research on it and you'll be fine. Also as per usual Nutricost is amazing for supplements due to how inexpensive they are compared to competitors. Simple ingredients, and as I said earlier its effective for focus and making new memories.

Perfect for what it advertises, especially with its cheap price. I felt a tangible difference in my overall mood and energy after just a couple of weeks taking it daily. Pills are fairly small and pretty easy to swallow with some water, so I have no trouble waking up and taking them in the morning.

Yes it works especially when you combine it with Lion's Mane Mushroom, coffee and/ or other nootropics.
