I bought this for my son who has been dealing with plantar fasciitis. He had been getting shockwave treatments at the chiropractor which were helping, but the cost was adding up, so we decided to get a machine for home use. The SV-Lite came extremely well-packed, and was easy to set up. The instruction manual is clear, although a little confusing in a couple of spots, but any questions are quickly answered by the company's customer service department. The machine works well so far, lots of different settings and heads for the handle to try, so the user can find what works best for them. It seems to be helping with my son's issue, and hopefully will continue to do so. As mentioned, the company is very quick to respond to emails, usually within a day. The CS rep was knowledgeable, and willing to help as much as needed. I definitely recommend the SV-Lite if you think shockwave therapy may be beneficial for you, and want to try an at home treatment plan.

Shock Vitalize really stands behind their product and delivers. After a glitch, the company reached out and immediately rectified the issue. Their machine works beautifully and I've seen the same result as the machine used in my chiropractor's office. I really can't say enough positive things about the machine and Shock Vitalize. I'm not often impressed, but Shock Vitalize's machine and customer service have proved extraordinary. I was paying enormous $ for shockwave therapy treatment at a chiropractor. Almost too good to be real how effective it is —and not just at pain relief but addressing the source of the pain and long term relief. So I decided to look into buying a machine. The way it healed my bad elbows from golf I wanted it for other areas of my body that were aching from an active life of surfing, skiing, golf, skateboarding and fitness training —and being in my 60’s I have a lot of them (knees, hips, elbows, shoulders, plantars fasciitis, trigger finger). Plus self administering is superior because I can apply the treatment to my own pain tolerance at a fixed cost for years to come. Worth every penny! Unlike most of the companies selling these units inexpensively without support for their products or customers, Shock Vitalize is working toward building their brand, supporting their customers and growing their business. I’ve experienced it. Their customer service is responsive and supportive. Keep in mind although the user interface is extremely easy to use this is a somewhat sophisticated medical device so it’s a huge plus to have support should you need it. Don’t get stuck with a device that someone is brokering from China and you’re left high and dry after you purchase it. I highly recommend Shock Vitalize as a company and product! Go for it. Be healed! PS: I’m routinely astonished by how long it’s taking for this technology to emerge. From my experience it’s incomparable, literally invomparable, to other treatments.
