Amazing Deal
Great quality product. I loved how in the micro SD card, the seller included video tutorials on how to operate the pen. Although the pen came with a micro SD card, I highly recommend purchasing one that is of better quality. I’ve tried recording using the memory card provided, but I’ve found many of the files to become corrupted for some odd reason. Its a hit and miss. After I got a better card, there were no problems.Overall, if you’re interested in getting a camera to record real life I recommend this pen!

Very disappointed!! (Can't See Videos)
I bought this camera to ensure that all is well at my son's daycare. It took me about 2 weeks to finally get the pen to record videos. However, I am unable to see any of the videos that were recorded because it constantly says that the files are corrupted. In addition to this, the memory card is full but it cannot be erased nor formatted because it keeps saying that the card is "read only". I am generally very good with technology and can easily figure out and fix things. However, it took me some time to get the hang of using this item and then to no avail. I am very disappointed......

Waste of Time
Tried for over 2 hours to get the pen to recognize the memory card. It would not. Accessories (card reader) that come with it are way below cheap. Practically useless. F-Returned the next day for a refund.

Simplicity is efficiency
Great video+audio ,1 little detail...a simple tool needed. The tools sent with it (screwdriver & metal gadget) have no use for the product. My suggestion is: a plastic tool would do the nassecary job for resetting & pulling out the AD card......not everyone has a tooth-pick handy all the time. Please do understand my point of view. Better than i expected.
SD card has to be formatted to fat32 in order for different video players to open the file .

I charged it as instructed, but nothing worked. No indicator lights, no camera, no nothing!
