I have recently been in hospital with severe foot and leg infections. Prior to me being admitted, I saw these post op shoes on Amazon and decided to buy a pair (they are sold singularly). How pleased was I when they arrived the next day via Prime. The shoes are very comfortable, well made and extremely sturdy with a price that I believe is very reasonable. The shoes are capable of accommodating a plaster cast if needed. For me I needed the width to allow heavily bandaged feet which they did with ease. Also, the versatility of the Velcro fasteners is really good and they are easy to get on/off your feet. I am so pleased with this purchase.

After minor foot surgery which meant wearing a normal shoe impossible, this turned out to be perfect. It is discreet and not too cumbersome which meant it could be worn alongside a normal black trainer and not stand out too much or cause a heel height difference which could be dangerous. It’s comfortable to wear, easy to adjust, can be worn on either foot and fastens using heavy duty Velcro.

A good quality item, well made, performed well on a reasonable distance walk.

Bought this because l damaged my big toe on the website it stated that the size l would need is large 9 to11 but when l got the item has been dispatched text it stated that a large was a size 10 to 11 so it was to late to cancel so when it arrived l tried it on and it was to big but because l needed it for that night l had to wear it other wise l would have sent it back so future buyers beware make sure of your size this is the only reason for the scores l gave if l had ordered a smaller shoe size the marks would be higher

Brilliant - so much more sturdy than the shoe my husband was given by the hospital and as he takes at least a UK size 12 this is a perfect fit too! As he’s going to have to wear this for six weeks we needed something better than issued by the hospital, and this was perfect, thank you.

This shoe is very comfortable and secure for an injured foot (broken metatarsal in my case). Highly recommended.Just as importantly, Orthobrace Healthcare and Amazon got it to me in an incredible EIGHT HOURS, TWENTY MINUTES from ordering. Nothing like this was available locally, and I needed it to get out of the house to go for my second Covid jab after an awkward stumble laid me flat, so this really got me out of trouble.

I brought this hoping it would help me when I had toe surgery but after second use threw them away as balecrow was too big and would come off no matter what I did not work it. I instead brought another open sandals and they were perfect.

This is a high quality product. I recently broke my feet and toes in five different places and these shoes have been a godsend. My understanding is these are mostly supposed to be used with a caster plast. I do not wear one because you can't have one for broken toes, however these shoes are still helping tremendously.Because a plaster cast is supposed to fit in those, the front opening is very large. I couldn't wear any shoes - not even my beloved crocs - because the top would hurt my broken bones. Well with these, all I need to do is keep the velcro on the front very loose and this way I can walk without feeling the top of the shoe on my injuries.Also, the sole is very sturdy and strong, the one on the inside though is maybe a little hard for my taste (when you rest laying down for weeks and start walking again, the soles of your feet are very sensitive, so the first steps in the morning are always a little more difficult than it would be with regular Crocs soles for instance).But overall a fantastic product that's made my debilitated life a little more manageable.

Nachdem ich mir 2 Zehen gebrochen hatte inkl. Naht, war dieser Schuh einfach die beste Lösung. Trage ihn nun seit 12 Tagen, sehr bequem und nimmt die Last von den Zehen.Kann ich sehr gut weiterempfehlen.
