This chair, seems like a good product. It seems very stirdy and safe. I think the backrest is a good feature, as this doesn't seem to be very common, in other chairs of this nature. and will prevent someone from falling backwards. however, it would be nice if there was an option for a padded seat and back rest, as the seat could be uncomfortable for someone who is quite thin. I purchased a cushion from amazon wich is also made by home craft. for the seat. it's not an exact fit but seems to sufice.. the only disadvantage to this chair is that the back rest is quite awkward to assemble by only one person. We needed help from someone else, as it's very hard to put together with only 2 hands. Also a youtube link with instructions on how to put the chair together would have been of use. I was unable to find one. If not for these problems the chair would have gotten 5 stars plus. I wish i could contact home craft to ask them a question but they don't seem to have any contact details.

This was bought for my elderly friend. He struggles with getting in and out of the bath and although he could have a shower he likesĺĺ to have a bath with the portable spa as it helps with the mobility of his knees. He already had a chair that the social services put in but it didn't go low enough into the bath to get his legs under the water as his bath is quite shallow. Read a lot of reviews and checked dimensions and this chair was perfect for him. He is absolutely delighted with it. Fully recommended. Arrived quickly.

I bought this for my elderly mother who could no longer have a bath as normal as she struggled to get up. She was not enjoying having showers, so we tried this before considering some of the very expensive mechanical options, and it was the perfect solution. Easy to assemble and fit in a normal sized bath and doesn't look to ugly on the bath. The seat is low enough to be able to have a normal bath and Mum found getting out easy using the handles on her bath. The chair having a back also gives good support. Really pleased that we found this product as it means mum can safely have a bath again. Plus it's saved us £££s

Wrong chair was sent it was ‘ size important’ as we only had a small space. Having said that I would recommend if you have a bigger space as this was really well made and seemed very sturdy! Customer service so far has been excellent with company picking up chair, just waiting for refund 😁

To big for my shower cubicle so returned it.

Looks good and strong but didn’t fit on my type of bath. Trying to return this.

Does exactly what it says. We assembled it back to front as instructions not clear but easy to remedy. Could do with being a little higher.

Man kann den Stuhl nicht zusammenbauen, weil die richtige Schrauben nicht mitgeschickt wurden ! Es wurden dagegen 4 falsche Schrauben geliefert, die viel zu schmal sind für die Löcher, und können logischerweise nicht in die Löcher geschraubt werden. Ausserdem fehlen muttern für Schrauben.

Mein Mann ist schwerbehindert er kann somit sich in der Badewanne waschen
