Good quality and packaged nicely in a special box. Also arrived next day. Unfortunately it’s too big for my wine decanter which has quite a small neck, so I’m going to have to send it back.

The company immediately reached out to me and sent me another product. I’ve been using this product quite often and has been holding up well all this time. I’m very happy with my purchase and my items. Original Review: Product came shipped to me with the beads scattered within the packaging. Which is really weird, since the container for the beads is a screw top. Not to mention, the container for the beads was in the wrong area of the packaging. It was where the cork was supposed to be. It seems as if someone accidentally dropped the packaging and it fell open. The items themselves appear clean and unused.

The cork sphere and the beads (in a little plastic container) comes in a small white box presumably for protection. The cork sphere feels very nice in my hand and looks pretty perfect to me with no visible chips, dents, cuts, scratches, Also happy to see that it fits the neck of my decanter perfectly (something I should have checked before buying but forgot to do so). Seller also followed through with two emails to say thanks and check that the product has been received in good condition and to let me know about the 1 year warranty. Even if that was automatically generated by the system, still a nice touch.
