I use this product on my espresso machine. It cleans the machine as it promises, and ensures an excellent cup of brew. I have owned the machine for 9 years and have not encountered any mechanical issues which may arise from not descaling. I order descaler and water filters through Amazon. The price is competitive; delivery date is accurate and receiving product by mail is convenient.
