Excellent product!!!
This is by far the best incontinence product I have ever used. They are long enough, thin enough, super absorbent AND, the adhesive is strong enough to prevent shifting and pulling loose, but still easy to remove when it's time, leaving no residue on your undies. The length is very comfortable and even though they're thin, they hold their shape and don't bunch up! I've never had an overflow incident day or night. One last huge plus, they are unscented, so no miserable irritation!!! This is the second time I've purchased these pads and I will continue to do so. I can't imagine using any other product for my needs.

Tena Moderate 4 Thin Longs
Tena Intimates Moderate 4 Thin LongsFirst, none of these work well but these work as well as can be for me. I like the size, length, width, thickness, and packaging of these pads. They cause little irritation, bunching, shifting, and dispose nicely in the packaging.I have tried them all, reusable pads, always, poise, depends, because, and promise. I like the thins because they don’t clump into little rolls, hills and valleys that cause weird leaks that normal (unthin pads) do for me. I like the longs because I’m older and older women urinate in weird directions, not sure why but it happens. Because of the length I can position the pad in the direction I normally go in but because I’m old and overweight I still occasionally go in a direction that would not be covered if I was using a shorter pad.Get the undergarments you say, that doesn’t help, they sag as soon as 1/2 of teaspoon liquid hits them (I am exaggerating slightly) and you will leak anyway. And you have to disrobe every time you go to the bathroom. But you don’t need to change the pad/undergarment every time, you say, yes, yes you do, those little bitty leaks create dams which will cause liquid to roll over the top looking for a way to escape, causing future leaks and the bunching and rolling gets worse until you will leak. How do I make the pads work for me, then?First go to your doctor and make sure you don’t have a UTI, evidently, if you are old, one of the symptoms of a UTI is incontinence. Who knew, if you have one, make a follow up appointment to make sure it is cleared up, a lack of symptoms does not mean it’s cleared up if you are older, get another test.Second, your pads and underwear need to fit each other. The underwear needs to fit well and snugly so that they don’t sag. The underwear needs to be as wide as the adhesive to the pad, which should go almost to the edge, to keep the pad from rolling and bunching.Third, there is a front and a back, this has more to do with the adhesive releasing than anything else. If you have had a pad being hard to pull off and tearing into pieces creating a mess, you put the pad on backwards. Good pads have arrows on the paper backing showing the direction the pad should go.Fourth, position the pad to catch in the direction you urinate in most of the time. To help contain the fluid, before I remove the backing I fold the pad in half lengthwise to help prevent side leaks, I roll either end up about an inch, again to slow the surface flow down long enough for the pad to work. Don’t reposition the pad, pulling on the adhesive causes tears in the plastic lining, causing leaks.Other helpful tips, go on a timer, start at an hour, build up 15 minutes every few days until you start having accidents then drop back 15 minutes. Double go, stand up, take a deep breath, sit down and go again. A bidet is helpful, especially if you are having trouble with a UTI, there are some claims that bidets make UTI’s worse but not for me. Some foods are triggering besides caffeine and chocolate, pay attention and cut those foods out. Some studies show CBD helps.

Kotex, number 4 long. Don’t buy “long”, thinner and less absorbent
These number 4, long Kotex pads from Tena are not as thick as the other (regular size), making them thin and much less absorbent. It was a waist of money. Not only do I have to send them back, because I got a large number of them, but I have to pay $12.50 for shipping.

Buyer beware
Product is good, but if you have a problem neither supplier or AMAZON is responsive. Our problem has been going on for a month with no resolution. Seems to be a problem with 3rd party vendors.

Very comfy pads.
I am happy with the thin design, level of softness and the extra length. I also enjoy the amount of absorption.
