Awful Product
The product was not delivered as promised for two reasons: 1. The top half of the crate has a giant crack in the corner. 2. The bolts that are to connect to the wing nuts to fasten the top and bottom half are far too small. Therefore, I am unable to secure the two halves. Obviously I was sent bolts that were meant for a smaller cage. It would be much appreciated if the seller could please reach out to arrange for the correct components to be sent!!

Easy to assemble. Good value
Meg had no issues about going in this crate, even turned round and had a kip. Hoping we can use it to fly overseas at some point

Door is horrible
I only had this crate for just over a month and it is built with a terrible door. The crate itself is okay but i must say i am very disappointed with the door alignment. it has also started to rust a little bit. Not a long term product for sure!!! Should be built with a better door mechanism.
