If you are a tap dancer, this is perfect for dancing with tap shoes over hard wood floors or carpeting.

My 5 year old daughter received this for Christmas and after 5 minutes tapping, the board is already torn apart. The top layer comes off so easily and is down to the pressed wood underneath. She has been tapping for 3 years and has experience so it’s not like she’s inexperienced and using poor form. It just doesn’t hold up at all.

I am updating my review The scuff marks disappear with some furniture polish. The floor is a bit slippery and it’s heavier than I hoped for but otherwise is ok. It came with no instructions on care
