When you get it, it's vacuum-packed in plastic. When you take it out, it'll be wrinkled for a few days to a week, but then it smooths out. Overall, the surface fabric is soft and comfortable, and the inside has nice support for sitting. It seems durable and good-quality too and looks nice. There is no odor, either.

This seat backrest is very comfortable for reading or watching TV in bed. It is strudy with a soft plush material. Right size for either me or my husband. He is 5'10" and I am 5'2". Works well for both of us. Seems to ge wearing well. Gives the right amount of support.

5 stars because it's perfect for me. I'm 5'5" 160lbs and got the small. It's very soft and cozy, both the material and the pillow itself. It is not firm and supportive but super comfortable. I use it in combo with other pillows (I'm a woman...I need at least 8 pillows!). It has a large zipper to adjust the stuffing (I haven't opened it) I thought it was going to bug me but it's on the bottom and I haven't noticed it at all. Overall... Great pillow at a great price!

Got this for my college dorm as my bed had no frame and wasn't backed by a wall. It is soft, cute, comfortable, and I use it on my bed or when sitting on the floor. Its not has supportive as I wanted it to be, not enough to just sit up straight against on my bed. However, it is good quality, makes my dorm experience better, and hasn't reduced in sturdiness over time.

I bought the small pillow so I could sleep sitting up. When I slept in my usual position, my side, I was experiencing sinus drainage which caused me to wake up with a sore throat, shortly after going to sleep. I also was having painful sciatica when I woke up in the AM. I have found that by sleeping, sitting up, it totally eliminates the sore throat, and it helps reduce the sciatica in the AM. This pillow is perfect for what I was looking for. I didn't want the larger pillow with the extra cushion for my head because I wanted to use my own adjustable "My Pillow". Besides being happy with the pillow, I was thrilled with the price point, under $30. I bought it in grey for 2 reasons, it was cheaper and arrived later that day. Comfort, Convenience, Cost!

I give it three stars bc it’s comfy and soft but I bought it to have support for my right shoulder when sitting in bed and the arms are much too low. They’re also spread too wide.

Excellent product, met described qualities and benefits. Comfortable, supports back, material is very good, can't rate durability as just received but seems likely.

This pillow is so soft while providing support. I had spinal fusion surgery less than a month ago and haven't been able to sleep well or feel comfortable while sitting against some surfaces due to the sensitivity of the bars and screws in my back. I just received this product and was able to comfortably sleep throughout the night for the first time since my surgery.

I don't usually write reviews but this has made a huge difference during my nursing sessions with my baby. It is comfy, supportive and just the right size. I'm sure it would be a great addition to any activities requiring sitting for long periods of time, like knitting or reading or binge watching movies. A simple item that makes a huge difference on comfort and back support!

I was hoping for a bit more padding inside for better support, but it’s still well filled. I’m only 5’3” and glad I ordered the larger size with head rest (and second, detached pillow). Two pockets, one on each side; handy for holding my eye glasses, Kleenex, IPhone or other small item. I needed this pillow for my upcoming (October 28th) knee replacement surgery, where I expect to spend more time in bed recovering and reading.
