Creatine has helped me a lot in increasing my strength, and honestly, it's a really good supplement. It has boosted my energy levels, and the taste is sour but good—I actually enjoy drinking it. I've seen impressive results in just one month. It mixes very well in water on its own, without the need for shaking, and the authenticity is also great.

Everything seemed fine including packaging but one thing bothering me is 3G creatine hcl mentioned per scoop on the backside, I personally believe that 3G for hcl is way high and even there are studies where only 0.7-2g of creatine HCL is needed 3-5g is for monohydrate since monohydrate is way more potent and absorption wise also hcl is way better hence the lower dosage. So I am bit on the scared and confused side why it is 3G hence I been taking half scoop only and so far results are fine I see no issue just the dosage threw me off. Taste is also as expected from unflavoured. Recovery is good as well dissolving is no issue either.

The product is really good, although the taste is tart as it has HCL so it can be harsh on your teeth, so better use it with a straw. Mixes easily in water and doesn't cause any gut issues so far provides energy for your workout too
