I take many supplements every day, and I eat clean. Honestly, if you could rate the vitamins from A-to-Z, I take every single one of them. This one is fabulous as a supplement. It helps you control your bowel movement. While I try to eat clean, we went away for a week and I was forced to eat at Restaurants. My change in diet made me constipated. After taking my dandelion root, I got cramps in the middle of the night. But I did have a good bowel movement the next day. So if you are constipated, only take one of these. Once you start have regular bowel movements, go back to taking two a day. This product has to keep me regular, has no side effects, and no aftertaste. Highly recommended!
