Best supportive neck pillow to sleep on plane!
Ordered multiple travel neck pillows and found this to be the most supportive. I had 2 10+ hour flights in 2 days and it is the best I have ever slept on a plane! I was able to sleep upright with my neck comfy and supported. Best neck pillow I’ve ever used - very impressed with this one! If you sleep warm you may find it a bit on the warmer side, and it is a little bulky - but it fits in the bag and was not a problem at all. I highly recommend this neck pillow if you need neck support to sleep when traveling!

Very comfortable and adjustable. High quality.
I've tried many different travel pillows. They were all "ok". But I wasn't thrilled with any of them. I finally decided to fork out the cash for this one, and I was not disappointed. It is so much more comfortable and user friendly than any of the cheaper other ones I had tried. It is big, like thick, but it squished down to a pretty packable size. The wrap-around option is a really nice feature because you can use the thicker area against the window on the plane much better than the cheaper models can do; easy to adjust the placement for your situation. Is it perfect? No. But I honestly don't think you'll find a perfect design. But it's by far the best one I've tried, and I feel like it was worth the cost. The quality seems to be very good, as well.

Very comfortable and supportive, but they are not all the same.
The first time I put on this pillow, I thought it was more comfortable than any other travel pillow I have used. It was soft and comforting to the point where I just want to sit there and take a nap. Some reviewers don't like the different or asymmetrical sides, but I like it and love to snuggle into the taller side tucking in my ear. It does ok with my super small earbuds but my Airpod pros get uncomfortable as it puts pressure on the top part of my ears. I like the support around my neck and love the super soft feel on my face. However, not all pillow are made equally. I gave my first pillow to my wife to try and she immediately stole it, so I had to buy another one. I purchased 4 more before I was able to find one with the same feel. I bought them in multiple colors and was surprised to find that each one had its own feel. One was more firm while another was not snug enough. I suggest that if you give these pillows a try, and I suggest you do, don't let anyone else try it or they may steal it away. When it comes to cost, it is more expensive than even the highest rated pillows out there. I have tried many of them and prefer to pay a little more for being able to sleep comfortably on a long trip. As far as carrying and storing this pillow, I will admit that I have to roll it up for other members of my family as it takes a little hand strength to shrink it down to fit in the carrying bag. I use a backpack and it fits nicely in the larger compartment with no problem. It is about the same as my previous neck pillow.

Best neck pillow I've used in years!
Seems like I buy neck pillows as frequently as chewing gum. Why? Until now--they either don't work or are uncomfortable--or both! That was until I bought the Ostrichpillow. I just got off a 5-hour redeye and it was the best sleep I ever had on an airplane! And I've tried them all--most recently Turtl which is more like a neck brace than a neck pillow. This design with premium memory foam is a winner. The comfort was heavenly and my head did not bob once the entire time. I liked this so much that I had to buy one for the wife. And she slept so good that she didn't bother me so I slept good! Looking forward to my next flight across the pond with my Ostrichpillow!

Used before?!!?!?
Okay, so I bought this for my husband as a gift for a trip he is going to be taking. It was recommended for its high neck, support, adjustability and portability. High neck? YES! very good Support? YES! again great here Adjustability? ..... it is not adjustable enough, who did they test this on? giants? He is average sized and it is almost too big for him, I have to sew on more hook and eye fasteners for him. If I, a petite woman, were to wear it? NOT A CHANCE It is huge! For the money I expected better. Portability? NO!!!!!! there was NO bag! The box had a picture of a carry bag on it but, NO bag was inside! Did someone return this one and keep the bag? Honestly so disappointed. My husband still wants it so he is keeping it. But as the buyer I am disappointed and wish I could have gotten my money back or a discount as it was likely used by someone else before I got it. Edit* I tried contacting the seller and Amazon to rectify the missing bag. Seller will do NOTHING!!!!!!! The only thing Amazon will do that is to return it which then means my husband won't have the pillow for the time he needs it which is useless to me. I have removed another star and would give it zero if I could. NOT impressed at all especially for the price. Absolutely NO customer service. All I want is a stupid travel bag for it which it is SUPPOSED to come with it. Just ridiculous!

Sweaty
Used it on a long haul flight from US to Japan and it was great at first. Bulky, yes but comfortable. I was surprised at how well I was able to sleep the first few hours. Even while being in the butt of economy. But those few hours of sleep were short lived, as I then kept waking up from how warm and sweaty I got with this on. No matter how I adjusted the pillow, it just got so hot. Upon compressing it down after my first use and opening it again, it just never fully went back to its supportive state as when I first took it out from its packaging. I tried using it again on my flight back from Japan, but the part where it supports the chin lost its shape, so I ended up not even using the pillow anymore.

I understand the price point now
I purchased both this and the Proglobe travel pillow to do a side-by-side comparison because I was incurably curious to know why the Ostrichpillow approached a $70 price point (I payed just $22 for the Proglobe on a deal. It typically goes for $26). Honestly, both neck pillows are quite good. The Proglobe edges out the Ostrichpillow in terms of better sizing for a small person with a small neck (that's me). Both are very supportive of the neck and I can actually envision being able to fall asleep on a coach flight with one of these (I am not one to be able sleep on a plane without a lie-flat ticketed seat). The Ostrichpillow edges out the Proglobe on absolutely luxurious softness, and on the more nuanced contouring at the back of the neck (and also narrowing of the memory foam at the back so that your head doesn't feel pitched forward). All in all, I understand the price of the Ostrichpillow (which I got on a deal for $55, I might add). So, I'm keeping both. My husband can use one and I'll use the other (which one I'll claim, I'm not sure at this point. The Ostrich is a bigger on me, but would still provide the support and is so very soft).

No warranty when bought through Amazon
I found this pillow quite comfortable, but the zipper is really tight and the teeth pulled out of it the first time I took the cover off to wash it. It’s unfortunate the company only honors their warranty when the pillow is purchased through their website. Why sell it on Amazon then?
