I began a keto diet at the beginning of the month and was instructed to buy some keto ironies test strips. Being that I was new to this diet and testing I was unsure of what to buy. I got these because they were indeed the cheapest that I saw. When they got to me, I saw that the container has a QR code on top for an informative little video. The side has a graph that you can match your test to. Ultimately I feel that these work well and would buy again.

Works perfect. They also have 3 resealable bags so the humidity doesn't affect the whole batch compared to all of them in 1 bag (you can't use them fast enough if you test 1-2 times a day. After humidity takes over they turn brown and are useless. (all strips). So these are great. I tried about 5 different ones in store and online until I found this and haven't stopped using this brand. Works the best and great product!

Ok for the price, work ok but not as good as other brands I've used. Harder to differentiate the colors and the squares seem splotchy. You get a lot for the price and theyre long so its easy to use. The bottle is huge compared to my previous brand and thats probably due to the extra length. However that makes it hard to take along and be discreet with it. Overall not bad, again you get a lot for the price, but I probably will try another brand next time.

What I liked the best about the test strips that I bought was that they came in 3 individual zip packages. I think that keeps the product in better condition, thus improving results. This way you aren't opening and touching a bunch of strips in one bottle. Plus, you can put the packages in different bathrooms or on the go. As for accuracy, I don't know for sure if they are accurate because I'm not using them in comparison with any others - but I have seen some movement for me both up the chart and down. I had one test that put me at max ketosis, but I was back down the next day to about the mid-range; however, my husband is seeing different results when he uses them, so it seems to adjust by person and diet. Price was great - can't go wrong with this product.

Too inaccurate. I will have to throw it away. I got a meter instead.

When these strips were new they worked great for my ketogenic diet. They seemed to accurately reflect when I was in ketosis, but of course I have no lab equipment to valid this claim. I lost weight and that was all the validation I needed. I opened one of two sealed packages and left the unopened package in the dark plastic bottle the strips come in. I stored them in a cabinet in my half bath which is one of the coolest rooms in the house. I opened the second package June 1, 2020 and noticed that just like the unused portion of the first envelope, the strips were discolored. I fully expected the open package to be beyond using because it clearly says on the envelope to use in 60-90 days after opening. The ones that were stored should still have been good though. The MFG date: on the box says 1/10/2019 and the expiration clearly states 1/10/2021. I am very disappointed the the whole second bag of stips was totally useless. It started well, but did not finish well. You decide, if you think you can use 150 strips shortly after purchasing go for it! Otherwise buy a smaller quantity.

Second purchase of these strips from this same brand. The first bottle I bought was a 125 count all together in one bottle and unfortunately I didn't realize how sensitive they were to light/moisture so at least half or more got wasted, went bad after a few months (100% my fault). So this next time when I saw the 3 packs of 50 I thought for me that would be better so I could have just one package opened at a time and help them last longer. I took about 25 strips out of one package and put them in the bottle to keep them fresh. I really love these strips. I use these to help monitor my lower carb diet of around 100 carbs/day. I've found that for my body composition staying under 125 carbs keeps me in ketosis without headaches or miserable food choices. Definitely help me make better choices for the day when I know if my body is burning fat or sugar for fuel. Very easy way to confirm presence of ketones.

I read a lot of reviews stating that these strips don't work or they don't see any color change when they use them. I can tell you that the ones I received work just fine. It probably goes without saying that in order for these to stay fresh, they need to be kept in their SEALED baggies INSIDE the bottle that they come in. I'm sure if they're left open and exposed to air, they won't stay fresh very long... Also, if you're not strictly adhering to the Keto diet and not tracking what you eat, you're not going to enter ketosis. Therefore, no amount of urine is going to change the color of these things. It's best to test an hour or two after you wake up in the morning since your glucose levels are higher when you first get up. That "dawn effect" will likely register as a negative and make you think you're not in ketosis when you actually may be. There are MORE than enough strips to test frequently, so do one in the morning, afternoon and evening and see if there are any changes.

Very handy and easy to use. The downside is the colours that indicate what level of ketosis your in are very hard to differentiate. They also stop working after a couple of weeks as your body learns not to urinate out ketones.

I love being able to see how long it takes me to get in and stay in ketosis. These are very helpful. I just shake the tub lightly upside down to get them out, in order to protect them from light. I use a little lid to catch my water waste in,then dip the stick in for one sec and rest it across the top for result. Better results than holding in stream. I will keep buying, excellent ketosis tool.

These work well, however from a ketone measurement standpoint I'm using them alongside blood test strips (and glucose monitoring) to get myself settled into a solid keto diet (ie understanding the right carb level for me, effect of certain sugar free substitutes etc.). Again this is not a negative to these strips as they appear to work just fine, rather an FYI that I've found zero correlation between the blood and urine results. If you need to manage levels strictly eg for diabetic reasons, I recommend getting medical advice before relying on urine strips.

I bought these strips for the good vale, quantity and price. They’re well packaged with good directions for use and the added benefit of strips being in sealed packets of 50 within the bottle. I like this extra effort, shows a care and thoughtfulness by the manufacturer. If I’m going to find fault just to show that I’m a real user and not a marketing puppet, it’s that the colour bar to match the stick to starts off a slightly different shade from the stick. For me this made it hard to say if I had no ketones or trace and to be honest this doesn’t matter to me, I want to be in kerosine proper. A good buy for anyone trying to get in to a keto lifestyle.

Scam from the start. Before opened bottlemhas warning on lid saying to scan the lid and read vital information about the product. Then the QR code sends you to a virus filled scam site. When your antivirus alarms calm down, and you finish making sure your phone or pcmis not affected then open the bottle just to find they all turn grey when used. Was not even the cheapest out there but I am avoiding all of these testsnf4om Amazon now, Amazon just dan not be trusted to ensure these products are not sold to public, somI will avoid buying from them instead.
