This brace is comfortable enough to wear all day, and with the right fit it also provides firm compression. I find it to be much more supportive than a brace I bought in a drugstore. I originally chose the large size based on the chart provided, but it was too loose to be effective; I contacted the seller and they sent me a medium replacement within a few days.

You can tell from the review title that I am a VERY satisfied customer. I have bought elbow and knee braces from many companies, but Powerlix has the ones that work best for me. Works ! Wear it while playing tennis and the arm feels fine. Only concern is it’s too tight. I have measured according to the instructions when I am placed the order. I should go with medium.

Nice quality and fits true to size, good value. Perfect thickness, I was concerned it would be too thin and offer little support but it was great, good support but not bulky.

The fit of this elbow sleeve was great and helped to relieve pain that I sometimes get in my right elbow area due to small bone spurs (from years of pitching in little league, high school and college baseball) I've held off on surgery because it's not extremely painful...just more annoying when it flares up when trying to do general things in and around the house. In this regard, the sleeve worked wonders, however...I noticed after about 20 minutes or so that my skin around my biceps and triceps was getting irritated (small red dots). Not sure if this is due to the compression, or if it's an allergic reaction to the material used in the sleeve. I've used all sorts of synthetic braces and sleeves on other joints (knees, ankles, wrists, etc) and have never had a skin reaction like this. In fact, just to be sure, I put my wrist brace on to see if perhaps I've developed an allergy over time. Nothing happened, so I'm leaning towards this particular sleeve being the culprit. After taking the sleeve off and waiting about 10-15 minutes, the redness and irritation went away. I admit, that I tried these on while we were going through a heat wave here, but I was inside in A/C, so excessive sweating, etc couldn't be the issue. Might try using it again, return them or just toss them if the return ends up being too much of a hassle. That saying, "you get what you pay for" may apply here :\

This elbow brace provides good compression and support, making it comfortable for everyday use. The fit is adjustable and feels secure, but the material doesn’t seem very durable over time. Works well for light support but may wear out with heavy use.

L’articolo è arrivato ben confezionato. All’interno si trovano due fasce, il che lo rende molto pratico (usandone una e lavando l’altra). Il tessuto non fa sudare, o almeno per quel che mi riguarda. Le misure sono esatte rispetto alla tabella. Come effetto sinceramente speravo meglio, ma c’è da dire che la mia epicondilite è severa e pertanto mi ha portato solo un leggero sollievo. Tutto sommato la consiglio a chi non ha un eccessivo dolore da placare ma soltanto un fastidio.

My go to brand for elbow support. Tight fit, comfortable, offers secure support. Easy ti put on and take off. One small complaint, seams on inside edge start to wear with regular usage for a few weeks or months
