Good water filter fountain, definitely needs cleaning weekly due to the filter itself releasing a black soot like material once it’s ready to be changed. Water flows gently from the top, not rapidly or high which some may like. The cat’s favourite this over the other fountain we have. The water fountain stopped flowing after a few months. The pump seemed to stop working, so I got a new pump but that did not resolved the issue. I reached out to the company whom took me through a lengthy and frustrating processes to prove fault to them, but ended up resolving the issue after a few weeks, it’s unclear how but the issue seemed to be within the filter pump. The app comes in handy to identify cleaning frequency and faults.

Excellent product - easy to clean, use and maintain. Almost silent - definitely the best I have ever purchased. Large capacity for more than one pet. App very helpful to keep on top of maintenance with reminders. Great value for money.

Just brilliant. Combined with their pet feeder (and a cat flap!) this has enabled me to finally get away for a long overdue break recently, without worrying about feeding and watering the cat, in particular as it was seriously hot that week. Easy to clean and refill. Smart, clean looking. App enables control over on/off time of the fountain to manage energy usage (I have set to 1 min in every 10 - predicts 1.8w/h) and shows the prediction of the filter life depending on settings, enabling lengthening of filter life without necessarily compromising freshness or availability of water. The tray holds more than ample water (without the fountain actually being on) even for my large cat at a single visit, and the unit as a whole easily holds enough water for a couple of weeks, if needed, though I change every other day. Obviously I’d have someone look in on the cat anyway, and replenish if away for more than a 3-4 days, but if that’s not an option you wouldn’t need to worry, IMO. It’s well made and I’d say almost impossible to tip over- certainly not by the cat anyway! Operation is absolutely SILENT and doesn’t scare or startle Cookie even if it turns on whilst she’s drinking, nor does the gentle bubbling of the water bother when it does. No splash whatsoever. The status lights on the front show the unit is online / working and both the brightness and ‘on time’ can be fully controlled via the app. - I’ve mine set to ‘medium’ (permanently on) - they’re easy to see but equally don’t light up the entire kitchen at night. You get what you pay for. Purrrrrfect! 😻

Update: I’d like to thank the seller for reaching out - they offered to send the replacement part me for free, very nice of them considering it was our cats that broke it! It’s now back up working again - fingers crossed the cats will leave it alone this time. 🫣 Previous review: This one did not work with our cats. They managed to unscrew the top & chew the screw mechanism - the item can now not be used (it lasted us 2 months). From what I can see online I can’t purchase replacement parts?
