The trike does move, but it's very flimsy. Billy sits on top, but he himself doesn't move. He's in sitting position all the time. My trike broke at the handles. It's a cool piece, but it's not really a moveable toy. Hope this helps.

The doll should've talk something was wrong with it, but I didn't need him to talk just him sitting on the bicycle.

It only moves if u push it. Doesn't move on its own but its cool desk prop and his voices freak people out especially his laugh
