I’ve tried so many different brands of earplugs over the years, and I can confidently say that these are by far the best I’ve come across! I’m a light sleeper, and finding the right earplugs to block out noise without causing discomfort has always been a challenge. First, you need to roll and stretch them into a thin, compact point. It’s important to make sure they’re properly shaped before insertion. Once they’re in the right form, gently insert them in the direction of your eye (as weird as it might sound, this helps!)—this ensures the earplugs go deep enough into your ear canal, creating a perfect seal. Once they’re in, they expand gently, filling your ear and blocking out all external noise effectively.What’s truly impressive about these earplugs is how comfortable they are. Even after wearing them for hours, I don’t experience any irritation or pressure, which is a huge deal for me since I’m a side sleeper. The foam is soft and gentle on the ears, and the expansion inside the ear canal creates a secure seal without feeling too tight. I have been searching for a while for ear plugs which I can genuinely use with ease of mind. Other companies i have used have had multiple issues like ear pain and headaches in the morning and even at night. I live in a pretty loud apartment complex and using these has finally allowed me to sleep in PEACE.Firstly the squeeze and insert mechanic allows for a deep fit, so much so they dont fall out. And they are also so comfortable and relaxing. I have not had any pain in my ears or head since using these and have finally enjoyed sleep. Very good quality. They are great and definitely worth the money!

Keep in mind everyone's ears are different so take with a grain of salt: these ones go in my ears easily. I'm not worried that they'll fall out. They don't push against my ear. They block out a very good amount of sound and I have no issues sleeping with constant traffic outside.With this brand I can wear these all night without pain, plus it blocks out all the annoying noises around me. I use a pair of earplugs for about two weeks, then I change them, they are great value. My sleep wouldn’t be the same without them!

If you use these as directed, they really work. Very comfortable no matter how you sleep. When you remove them, they spring back to the original shape. I couldn't hear any noise & had a great sleep. Highly recommend.
