Love it
Put a new thermostat in my house and needed five wires instead of just two that I had pulled through the wall perfectly hooked up perfectly and has been working for the last 2 months perfectly running my thermostat and my furnace., Good quality easy to install, length as described, very durable,

Thick and solid copper in a white jacket.
Nice and heavy duty doorbell or thermostat wire. I actually only needed 18-2 wire, but this was a very good price for 18-3, which will leave me an unused wire remaining as an option if there’s a need in the future. I had two house projects to sort, one with the outdoor AC unit, and the other with our ring doorbell, which, as it turns out the existing wiring was fine and I just had to replace the transformer. If you’re shopping this kind of wire for your furnace, you should get at least 18–7. Ecobee and others utilize additional wires for separate power and other functions. If you have to run a wire anyway, I would run one with plenty of options for future tech. I bought this for a ring doorbell, thinking I had an electrical short in the existing house wiring, so I really only needed 18-2, but again, running the wire is the hardest part, so may as well have at least one spare conductor that you can cap off at both ends. The other reason I chose this is because almost all thermostat wire is brown, and when you start mixing different leads back at the control board, having the actual jacketed wire a different color is very helpful with keeping everything straight. I will use a chunk off the spool to run a new line out to our AC unit since the current mix of wires was confusing (when recently installing an Ecobee) because everything was brown and I had to trace the wires out to where they go. That will be much easier if I ever have to revisit these jobs, with a clear color difference in the wiring “bundles”.

Worth the money
High quality cable. Worked great for installing a 24v doorbell.

Decent wire, did the job.
No problems with wire. Used for replacing existing thermostat wire with three wire for smart thermostat. May not be as durable as original.

Great alternate to the major brands.
Great wire that was easily installed, striping of the insulation was very easy and didn't break the wire.

very high quality and more conductors than I needed, but always nice to have spares.
