Mini Palette Knife for Sugarcraft

I've been making custom cakes for 8 years, and this is hands down my favorite tool. I use it in so many ways!

This little palette tool is indispensable for doing fondant/flower paste/almond paste work. Perfect for scooping up and placing cutout decorations on your cookies or baked goods.

nice and easy to work with

I ordered this to use in decorating small tight areas on a custom made cake. It worked good getting in the little books and crannies of the cake. The only thing that worked against me was it was tapered and wider towards the back which would make it great on paint palates.

This looks like a nice and sturdy product. I have not actually used it yet for what I bought it for (filling watercolor pans), but it does look like it will hold up. This is actually bigger than I was expecting, but it will work. There is a weird bend in the whole thing (shown in the pics), but considering this bend looks to be also on the handle, I could be wrong, but believe this was intentionally made this way to be possibly more ergonomically correct for your hands and not a defect.
