Corning dow grey 795 silicone building sealant - sausage : desertcart.in: Industrial & Scientific Review: I used this to reseal around the base of my metal building after the 22 year old original caulk finally failed here in Colorado. Once this stuff fully cures it is impenetrable . Should last the rest of my life and beyond. Pay for quality and you get quality. Don't waste your time with the Home Depot / Lowes crap.
