Awesome floor cleaner!
This things works great! It cleans my floor like no other and doesn’t leave a residue. It comes with some multipurpose soap, hardwood floor soap and floor sanitizer. It also comes with 2 brushes. The reservoirs don’t seem like they hold much water/solution but a little bit goes a long way. I have a lot of tile and I only had to switch out the water/solution once. It takes a few days for the brush to dry out, I guess that would be my only negative.

Cleans better than I can with a mop
I bought this during the stay at home orders. I have a weekly cleaning by a 3 person cleaning crew made up of three large burly women. When non-essential businesses had to close, I had to clean my place by myself and found that I did not have the same strength as 3 burly women. The floor cleaning was the most difficult for me. Also, I'm quite elderly. So, I purchased this product. It did the job. If it did a bit better deep cleaning on tile, I would give it five stars. And of course, I can always use a product that is lighter and lighter. It was definitely worth the money. Contrary to others, I did not find the maintenance of it to be arduous. Instead of quitting when the tank was empty, I emptied the dirty water tank and refilled the top tank. While I had lunch, I allowed the battery to charge. I able to continue on and finish a major portion of the house; the dirtiest parts. Now I know that I can take care of the floors, even if I don't have anyone to help me. Good job Bissell. several months later, I've added: A big test of a mechanical item is whether or not a hired cleaning person can use it. I raised my evaluation to five stars because my cleaning person is using it effectively and has also not broken it. She likes it so much that she cleans it all up and gets it ready for the next time. I have not had to tell her anything. No problems have occurred. I believe that this is due to the very clear training videos that she watched on her own. Kudos to Bissell for making easy to understand training videos. The fact that the roller self-cleans is a big plus. When a product can not only be easily used, but not broken by cleaning personnel is a testament to a good product.

Major Dissapointment
For the price, I had really high expectations for this but I've had nothing but problems. First, I should point out that I think mine had a defect that I was willing to work around. It appeared as if water was only coming out one side of the unit. Maybe this is by design, and if it is, it is a really poor design. Basically I can only do passes that are 1/2 the size of the cleaner because water only comes out one side. Not the worst thing but it was quite annoying. I was willing to look past this and continue to use it but the issues just kept coming up. The most glaring and annoying issue which I would say by itself is a dealbreaker is that the vacuum does not clean the area directly under it. What I mean is that with the part that spins and the suction, you would expect that it would eventually dry itself off to a certain extent but it does not. You can leave it in the same spot after some use and it will just leave a pool of dirty water under it. Basically, there is no scenario where you don't have dirty water under it when you are done and you either have to clean that area by hand or just accept the dirty spot. The poor suction issue causes addition issues where even the smallest amount of dog hair will get caught in the connection between the business end and the dirty water container. Yes, it picks up a fair amount of dirty water from the floor but not enough to get it as clean as you really want it to be. So I guess the question is, is this good for anything at all? Yes. As much as I just bashed on it, it does have some uses. While the suction is an issue, it will at least pick up large amounts of water before it reaches a point where it can't pick up anymore and you have the above mentioned 'dirty water' pool. For me, it was good for cleaning up spilled water bowls, dog pee spots on the floor, and other limited scope situations. The unit itself can be cleaned some what easily by just letting it sit in your sink(unfilled) and running water and then running the unit. It will pull up clean water and wash out the business end of the unit and even most of the connecting pipe between the dirty water container. This is useful when cleaning up really gross stuff that you don't want lingering in the unit. Overall a huge disappointment, especially for the price. I would have rather waited/saved up for a unit that had more power and less problems- even if it had to be corded instead of battery.

You gotta use it right
I’ve had mine for a few months now and I can explain why some people have dirty puddles issues. The minute it arrived I set it up, used it a couple times, loved it, and then started getting dirty puddles. I couldn’t understand why people loved this expensive awful mop and since I was past the return date I had to either sell it or figure out the problem, and I did the second option because I ain’t a quitter. First off, the self clean function is solely to rinse the mop/brush and not actually clean anything. Second thing, it’s not a multiple use before deep cleaning it type machine. This is not the same as a vacuum where you can use it quick and put it away to clean later. The reason people are getting dirty puddles is because they’re not following the instructions and deep cleaning the unit every time they use the mop. You have to take it to the sink, clean the mop housing, clean out the hose that runs from the mopping head to the tank, clean the mop/brush, and clean out the dirty water tank. Every. Single. Time. I’ve gotten quick at doing this cleaning process so it’s hardly any extra time now, but it is absolutely necessary. About the actual use, you gotta go slow. It’s the same concept as the electric spin tooth brushes, it’s doing the work for you and you gotta be patient and let it. You can’t drag it back and forth at mach7 and expect it to pick up every bit of schmutz your dogs forced into the flooring cracks, it’s not a futuristic magic dirt eraser. Given all that, I still very much prefer listening to a podcast and passively doing one chore mopping my floors rather than vacuuming and then being bent in half aggressively using a manual mop. Would I recommend this? Absolutely, if you can put in the effort to clean it according to the manual every time you use it.

I had seen this cleaner advertised on TV and it certainly lives up to my expectations. It's so light to move around. Very easy to clean and my tile floors have never looked so clean and shiny. I love that it vacuums as well as wet cleans. I can easily buy the floor sanitiser online. The parts are easy to keep clean too. I recommend this cleaner.

Beware that this VERY expensive vacuum and electrical mop (because that is mostly what it is) is NOT a carpet cleaner, not even for area rugs! It requires you to purchase an additional accessory (not included) to be able to clean carpets, and even with it, it DOES NOT WASH THEM, it just "refreshes" them (whatever that is). I paid almost 700 cad for the US version, aiming to own a carpet cleaner that was close to what professional machines do (as it is announced), and it does nothing like that. Nowhere in the description of the product it states that you cannot return this to Amazon, now I am stuck with a 700 cad electrical mop and vacuum. With half that money, I could have bought a vacuum/mop robot, which would do exactly this. It also continuously leaves chunks of wet dirt behind, both when cleaning hardwood floors and rugs, and Amazon will just refer you to the manufacturer (if I had wanted to deal with Bissell, I would have bought it directly in their website for a little less money... the only reason why I bought it from Amazon is precisely as I believed I would be protected by Amazon's policies and service. I was wrong.
