Being careful not to give medical advice, but I had been given 4 drastic options to fix a medical issue. I got the capsules because they were out of the liquid. I really wish I could have gotten the liquid. It’s not the same to me. But hey, I’m old school. If you like capsules, you’ll love these just drink plenty of water.
